Aarhus property market report 2009

In 2009, the property market in Denmark’s second-largest city, Aarhus, has so far witnessed a slowdown, but things are looking up:

  • It is possible to acquire attractive investment properties with a reasonable finance package and a minimal equity requirement.
  • The current yield spread between prime and secondary investment properties once again reflects the risk associated with the underlying asset.
  • Brisk new office construction activity continues unabated in Skejby.
  • At Brabrand, Denmark’s probably biggest logistics centre has been inaugurated by e.g. Danske Fragtmænd and Dansk Supermarked.
