The Triangle Region property market report 2009

Like the rest of Denmark, the property market in the Triangle Region in eastern Jutland is affected by the global financial and banking crisis. Nevertheless, we see several positive trends:

  • Stronger retail trade in Vejle on account of the opening of Bryggen and the first phase of Mary’s.
  • Increase in number of building starts in DanmarkC at Fredericia.
  • Continued brisk building activity in northern Kolding in the office, logistics and production segments.
  • Further expansion of retail district around regional shopping centre Kolding Storcenter.
