Lau Melchiorsen is director of Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Solutions, a multidisciplinary business area in strong growth internationally. Corporate Solutions include, for instance, tenant advisory services in regard to localisation, identification of lease premises as well as negotiations with property owners, developers and authorities, in addition to corporate space utilisation and exposure in property assets. In 2011, Lau Melchiorsen became Partner in Sadolin & Albæk A/S.

With 20 years' experience in the property industry, Lau Melchiorsen has an in-depth knowledge of the markets in Denmark and abroad, in particular the Baltics, Poland, Russia, the Ukraine and Iceland.

Lau Melchiorsen is fluent in English and speaks the Scandinavian languages.
