Exclusive lease assignment
08-02-2006: Sadolin & Albæk appointed to handle lease assignment for Atlas Ejendomme.
In connection with the take-over of domestic property company Atlas Ejendomme A/S by Icelandic Stodir hf, Sadolin & Albæk has been appointed the sole letting agent on the portfolio.
The Atlas Ejendomme portfolio primarily includes first-quality office leases in central Copenhagen. Sadolin & Albæk therefore looks forward to handling the lease of e.g. Tietgens Hus, a prominent landmark building in Copenhagen and one of Atlas Ejendomme's most recent acquisitions.
In addition to office leases in central Copenhagen, the portfolio includes a number of properties west of Copenhagen, predominantly production, warehouse and administrative facilities.
