Norrporten buys Ferring's Copenhagen head office
09-02-2006: Sadolin & Albæk mediates sale of prominent landmark building in Ørestad.
Swedish property company Norrporten with property assets worth some DKK 12bn has just invested DKK 950m in Copenhagen, thereby underpinning the company's strategic decision to target the Danish commercial property market.
The investment first and foremost includes the unique Copenhagen 23,000 sqm head-office building of pharmaceutical company Ferring, erected in 2002 in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Ferring has signed a long lease on the building until 2017. Sadolin & Albæk mediated the transaction.
Furthermore the investment by Norrporten includes an office building at Sydhavnen in Copenhagen, sold by domestic developer MT Højgaard.
