Shell new tenant in Mikado House
28-02-2011: New office let in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
A/S Dansk Shell is moving into an office lease of some 2,800 sqm on the fifth floor of Mikado House, a multi-user office building comprising about 19,000 sqm gross floorspace and situated in the square between the University of Copenhagen (KUA) and ITU in northern Ørestad, Copenhagen. Other tenants in Mikado House include Arkitema, the architects that designed the building.
Sadolin & Albæk assisted Shell in signing the lease. Occupancy is scheduled for 1 January 2012 at the latest.
