Sale of Astra Zeneca head-office building
31-03-2011: Sale mediated by Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Solutions
Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Solutions has mediated the sale of the property situated at Roskildevej 22 in Albertslund, Greater Copenhagen, on behalf of Astra Zeneca Danmark.
The property is a mixed-use building, comprising some 8,500 sqm in total. In addition to office and warehouse space, the property offers a number of facilities, such as an auditorium, staff dining room, reception area and meeting facilities.
The property was acquired by a newly established Swedish-owned property company.
