Unique investment property at Strøget sold to private investor
05-04-2011: Sadolin & Albæk mediates the sale of Amagertorv 4, 6 and 8 in central Copenhagen
Sadolin & Albæk has assisted K/S Amagertorv 4-8 in the sale of probably the best located Copenhagen investment property on the fashionable stretch of Strøget, serving as Danish design's most prominent flagship stores. The sale included three unique and historic buildings, the oldest dating from the early 17th century and the remaining two from the 18th century.
The buildings, comprising a gross lettable area of more than 8,000 sqm, are let to first-rate tenants, including Royal Copenhagen and Georg Jensen.
Sadolin & Albæk in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle introduced the property to prospective investors in Denmark and abroad. The buyer is a private investor.
The buildings sold at a total price in excess of DKK 600m.
