Sale of Brombærparken, Valby
07-02-2012: Investment company buys 180 residential units at a price of some DKK 300m
Domestic investment company West-Coast Real Estate has just acquired a property comprising 180 residential flats at Brombærparken in Valby in line with their stated strategy, aimed at investing in well-located and attractive residential properties in major cities in Denmark. The property was acquired via Amagerbanken.
