PFA to sell its entire residential portfolio
13-03-2006: Sadolin & Albæk and Alfred Berg ABN Amro appointed advisers.
Danish pension fund PFA has appointed Sadolin & Albæk and Alfred Berg ABN Amro joint financial advisers concerning the contemplated divestment of PFA's entire residential portfolio, including some 2,200 dwellings in 43 properties located across Denmark.
The portfolio mainly comprises commonhold units and provides potential for capital gain.
