PFA Pension has sold its residential property portfolio, with a total of 2202 flats, in one of the largest Danish single property transaction in recent times.
The buyers are a consortium composed of Danish property company Centerplan A/S and RREEF, the real estate asset management arm of Deutsche Bank AG.
