Sale and leaseback – Stibo Graphic
10-06-2008: Sadolin & Albæk adviser to Stibo Graphic
Danish publishing company Stibo Graphic has sold its Danish facility of some 30,000 sqm in Horsens to domestic pension fund AP Pension at a price of approximately DKK 200 million. The sale was structured as a sale and leaseback transaction, with Stibo Graphic securing a 30-year lease on the premises.
Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Finance acted as financial adviser to Stibo Graphic throughout the process.
