International fashion retailer opens high-street shop in Copenhagen
30-11-2005: Sadolin & Albæk has handled the re-letting of Frederiksberggade 16 at 'Strøget' in Copenhagen - a prominent high-street building also known as the 'Metropol building'.
New tenant is international fashion retailer 'New Yorker', based in Germany. New Yorker has thus just opened its first shop in Copenhagen in one of the most prominent properties in the pedestrian street of 'Strøget'. The lease agreement was closed already in August this year, and in the course of some hectic autumn months the landlord, MP Pension, in co-operation with Kuben succeeded in completing the necessary refurbishment of the premises, enabling New Yorker to open its doors in time before the Christmas sales.
