Like the rest of Denmark, the property market in the Triangle Region in eastern Jutland is affected by the global financial and banking crisis. Nevertheless, we see several positive trends:
- Stronger retail trade in Vejle on account of the opening of Bryggen and the first phase of Mary’s.
- Increase in number of building starts in DanmarkC at Fredericia.
- Continued brisk building activity in northern Kolding in the office, logistics and production segments.
- Further expansion of retail district around regional shopping centre Kolding Storcenter.
